• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course we do! :)

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Can I order custom bows?

  Yes you can! Just contact us and we can work out what you would like! :)

• What if the ponytail breaks after use?

  This sadly happens sometimes and I don't have any control over it. What I do is I use A LOT of hot glue to glue the ends back together.
